Privacy
Short version: I only use your details to answer you.
What I collect
Whatever you type into the order form (name, email, company, task description, budget) or send by email.
Why
To reply to your enquiry and, if you hire me, to do the work. I don't sell or share your details, and I don't run ads or tracking scripts on this site.
Who processes it
The form is handled by my hosting provider Netlify, and email by Zoho Mail. Both process data on my behalf.
Cold emails
If I wrote to you first, I used a business address published by your company, only to propose something relevant to your work. Reply "no" and I won't write again.
Your rights
To see, correct or delete your data, email roman@softyan.com. I'll act on it within 30 days.
Fonts
The font is served from this site itself. No third-party font requests are made.
